Refund and Exchange Policy
We have the right to refuse service.

At Passi Sovrani, we take pride in providing high-quality footwear. To ensure fairness and consistency, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

Items must be:
- Unworn and unused, showing no signs of wear, scuffs, creases, odors, or damage.
- Returned in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, and shoe box.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items that fail inspection will be denied and shipped back to the customer at their expense.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or promotional items
3. Initiating a Return
- To request a return, email support@passisovrani.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs and assume all risk of loss or damage during return transit.
- Passi Sovrani does not provide prepaid return labels.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of its approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment only.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider and is outside our control.
- Shipping fees and return costs are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you do not see your refund after 7 business days from approval:
- Recheck your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as posting times may vary.
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@passisovrani.com.
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
- We do not offer size, color, or style exchanges. Customers must return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Strict Enforcement
- Return and exchange deadlines are firmly enforced.
- Exceptions will not be made for missed deadlines, items on sale or items that fail to meet return conditions.
